Task:
To draw a tangent to a given circle and parallel to a given line.

Method:

1) The circle with centre O and the line AB are given.
2) From O, draw a line perpendicular to AB and cutting the circle at a point P or Q.
3) Through P or Q, draw the required tangent CD or C1 D1
